Graham Cracker Pudding

Ingredients

• 2 eggs well beaten
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup (rounded) graham crackers broken
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• 1/2 package raisins
• 1/2 teaspoon soda
• 1/2 cup hot water

Method

   Add all to well beaten eggs.

   Dissolve soda in hot water and add to mixture.

   Put in cans or jars and steam for 1.5 hours.

   Very important to stir every 1/2 hour.

   Serve with lemon sauce or whipped cream.
