Gluten Meal Gems

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup ice-water
• 1/4 cup thick sweet cream
• 1 egg
• 1 cup and a tablespoonful 40-per-cent Gluten

Method

   Beat together ice-water, cream, and egg; gradually add flour while beating.

   Turn into slightly heated gem-irons and bake in a moderately hot oven for 30-45 minutes.
