Game in Aspic-jelly

Ingredients

• Make as much aspic-jelly as will fill your mould.
• the remains of cold game, cut into neat pieces
• slices of pink ham
• pieces of hard-boiled eggs

Method

1. 1

   Put a little aspic-jelly at the bottom of the mould, let it stiffen, then arrange the cold game, ham, and eggs alternately.

   Fill up the mould with jelly and set in a cool place.

3. 3

   Before serving, dip the mould in boiling water for a few seconds to turn it out easily.

4. 4

   Time: twelve hours to set the jelly.
