Fudge

Ingredients

• 2c. sugar
• 2/3 c. Darigold milk
• 1 or 2 sq. chocolate
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
• 1 Tbsp. Darigold butter

Method

   Mix the sugar, milk, grated chocolate and corn syrup and boil slowly, stirring until well blended.

   Boil to the soft ball stage.

   Remove from stove, add butter, do not stir.

   When lukewarm, add vanilla and beat until creamy.

   Pour into buttered pan and let harden.
