ried Soft -shelled Crabs. — Procure six good-sized, live, soft- shelled crabs, cleanse and wash them thoroughly, and dip each one in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in rasped bread-crumbs or pulverized crack- ers, using them very lightly.
