Fried Mush and Bacon

Ingredients

• Cook slices of bacon in the spider.
• Cut cold mush in neat slices.

Method

   Lift the bacon out and lay on a hot plate.

   Dip the cold mush in flour, egg and crumbs.

3. 3

   Fry in hot fat till brown and crisp on both sides.

4. 4

   Drain on soft paper and serve with the bacon.

5. 5

   This makes a delicious breakfast dish.
