French Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoonful of flour
• 1 teaspoonful of sifted sugar
• 1/2 pint of cream or rich milk
• 3 eggs

Method

   Mix flour and sugar with cream.

   Beat eggs separately and stir into the mixture.

3. 3

   Bake in a quick oven in 3 large saucers.

   When brown, stack cakes with jam in between.
