Flour Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 quart sifted flour
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 pint sweet milk
• 3 eggs beaten separately
• 1 teaspoon Royal Baking Powder
• 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and sugar

Method

   To sifted flour, add melted butter, milk, salt, sugar, and egg yolks.

   Fold in the egg whites last.

   Bake in a very hot oven in small greased muffin rings.
