Fish with Rice

Ingredients

• bone enough cold fish
• add cayenne pepper
• and salt
• add a teacup boiled rice
• chopped yolks of four hard-boiled eggs
• lightly fry in a stewpan with a piece of fresh butter

Method

   Bone fish and season.

   Fry in butter, then add rice and chopped egg yolks.

   Stir until hot, shape on a dish, and serve with pickles.
