Suet finely chopped, 1 teaspoonful of chopped Parsley, '/2 tea- spoonful of chopped Herbs, a little grated Lemon Rind, Salt and Pepper, yolk of an Egg, 2 ozs. Butter, 1 pint Brown Sauce
