EXCELLENT SPANISH CREAM Take two quarts (you must not exceed this pro- portion in one vessel) of perfectly Sweet-cream,that hath not been jogged with carriage ; and in a Possnet set it upon a clear lighted Char-coal-fire, not too hot.
