Ingredients

• 1½ cups white sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups Purity Flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup milk
• 3 eggs

   Cream butter and sugar, add beaten egg yolks, then add flour in which baking powder has been sifted.

   Bake in a moderate oven with chocolate or any well-flavored icing.
