English Blanc-Mange

Ingredients

• one quart of milk
• four oz. of sugar
• a quarter of a lb. of corn-flour
• half a pint of cold milk

Method

1. 1

   Boil the milk with sugar, then pour it over corn-flour diluted with cold milk while stirring.

   Cook over heat, flavour to taste, and pour into moistened moulds.

   Let set and serve cold.
