Enchiladis, or Pepper Tortillas

Ingredients

• equal parts of Indian corn meal
• equal parts of wheat flour
• seasoned with salt
• mixed with cold water

Method

   Make pancakes from corn meal and flour mixed with salt and water.

   Bake on a griddle.

   Prepare Spanish and red pepper sauces.

   Fill tortillas with sauces and chopped olives, roll them up, and heat with sauce before serving.
