Eggs with Cheese

Ingredients

• hard-boiled eggs
• slices of Gruyere cheese
• a good bit of butter
• bread-crumbs

Method

1. 1

   Cut hard-boiled eggs into slices and lay in a buttered dish sprinkled with bread-crumbs.

   Place cheese on each slice, add butter, pepper, and more bread-crumbs.

   Bake in the oven for about five minutes.
