Dried Haddock and Tomatoes

Ingredients

• One dried Haddock
• One small Onion
• Two Tomatoes
• One ounce of Butter
• Pepper
• Salt
• Parsley

Method

   Soak the fish for 3-4 hours, skin, debone, and flake.

   Cook onion, tomatoes, and parsley in butter until soft, add fish, and cook for 10 more minutes.

   Serve with rice or mashed potato.
