Deviled Chicken in Peppers

Ingredients

• large green bell peppers
• two cups of meat
• one cup of bread crumbs
• four eggs
• one cup of sweet milk
• salt, pepper and celery

Method

   Cut the peppers in half and remove seeds.

   Grind cold chicken, season, and mix with meat, bread crumbs, eggs, and milk.

   Fill the pepper halves, dust with bread crumbs, add butter on top, and bake until brown.

   Serve hot with garnishing.
