Curry of Game

Ingredients

• some birds or other small game
• a little curry powder
• squeeze lemon juice

Method

   Cut small game into joints, fry until lightly browned.

   Score each joint, place curry powder in openings, cover with brown gravy, and simmer gently for twenty minutes.

   Serve with rice.
