Curried Meat

Ingredients

• \ oz. of Curry Powder.
• Mushrooms.
• Onions.
• Lemon.
• i pint of Stock.
• oz. of Butter.
• Milk.

Method

1. 1

   Cut meat into small pieces.

   Melt butter in a stewpan, add meat, onions, and mushrooms, and fry until golden.

   Gradually stir in stock, simmer for 10-15 minutes, then add curry powder mixed with cream or milk.

   Add lemon juice and skim off fat before serving.
