Curried Chops

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. Chops
• 1/2 oz. Curry Powder
• 1 oz. Butter
• Lemon Juice
• 4 lb. Rice
• 1/2 pint Gravy or Water
• 1 oz. Flour
• 1 Apple
• 1 Onion
• Salt

Method

1. 1

   Trim fat from chops.

   Melt butter in a stewpan, brown chops, then remove.

   Add curry powder, stir, and return chops.

   Add gravy or water, simmer until cooked through.

   Serve with rice.
