Crumb Cake

Ingredients

• 13/4 cups of rolled oats
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 11/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp, baking powder
• 1 tsp, salt
• Filling^-Dates
• and brown sugar

Method

   Mix dates and brown sugar with a little water and boil until smooth.

   Mix crumb ingredients together.

   Place crumb mixture on the bottom, add date filling, and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.

   Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 375° oven.
