Worcestershire sauce I c. flour \ tbsp. vinegar Method : Cook stock, tomatoes, onion, parsley, spices for 30 minutes. Brown butter, add flour and, gradually, the above mixture. Bring to the boiling point. Strain, add Worcestershire sauce and vinegar.
