Cornmeal Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 cup Purity Cornmeal
• 1 cup Purity Flour
• 1 teasi^poon soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• J cup molasses
• 1 cup sour milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons melted butter

Method

   Sift together the cornmeal, flour and salt.

   Dissolve the soda in the sour milk and then add to it the sifted ingredients.

   Add eggs and beat thoroughly.

   Bake in hot, well-greased pans in a moderately hot oven for 1 hour.

   This will make muffins.
