Ingredients

• Six eggs
• two cups of sugar
• one of butter
• Flavor with lemon or almond.
• Use flour enough to roll out very thin.

Method

   Cream butter and sugar together, then add the eggs beaten separately.

   Use flour enough to roll out very thin, cut with a large cutter if you wish them large and with a small one if you wish them small.

   Bake quickly to a light brown.
