CONGO SQUARES Betty Lou White Preheat oven to 350° . Melt 2/3 cup butter in large pan — Stir in 2 3/4 cup brown sugar (1 lb. pkg J-*- Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes-- Sift together 2 2/3 cups sifted flour, 2 1/2 tsp„ baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt-- Beat three eggs (one at a time) into sugar mixture--Stir in flour mixture 1 cup chopped nuts and one 6-ounce package of chocolate chips
