COCONUT MIST CAKE Preparations: Have shortening at room temperature. Line and grease 2 cake pans (8 inch) or one 13x9x2. Preheat oven to 375°. Sift flour before measuring. Into sifter add: 2 1/4 cups flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt HAVE READY: 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs unbeaten Into bowl put: 1 1/2 cups shredded coco- 1/2 cup shortening nut. Into cup put: 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla
