Cocoanut Jumbles

Ingredients

• One large cupful of cocoanut
• one cupful of butter
• one and a half cupfuls of sugar
• three beaten eggs
• two tablespoonfuls of milk
• five cupfuls of sifted flour

Method

   Rub butter with sugar, add eggs, milk, and flour.

   Gradually mix in grated cocoanut to form a stiff dough.

   Roll thin, cut with a round cutter, and bake in a quick oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
