Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

• small pieces of bun dough
• melted butter
• sugar
• cinnamon

Method

1. 1

   Roll small pieces of bun dough into small rolls or sticks.

   Flatten with a knife, cover with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.

   Fold over and roll into circular cakes, pinching one end to the outer surface.

   Place in a baking pan an inch apart, let rise for 2 hours, and bake in a moderate oven.
