CHOP SUEY RICE CASSEROLE Cleo Griffin Brown in fat 1 1/2 lb. veal strips (or beef) Add 11/2 cup chopped onions, 1 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 cup chopped green pepper, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 cups water, 1 cup peas, 1/4 cup uncooked rice, 3 Tbsp. chopped pimento, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, salt (1 tsp.) and pepper.
