Chocolate Pudding Melt 1% squares chocolate, add IV2 tblsps. cornstarch and % cup sugar, mixed. Stir until smooth. Add 2 cups hot milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly. Cook 25 minutes in double boiler; add beaten yolk of 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour into bake dish. Beat white of 1 egg until stiff, add 1 tblsp. sugar for meringue.
