Cheese Toast with Grape-Nuts

Ingredients

• 2 level tablespoonfuls Grape-Nuts
• 2 level tablespoonfuls hot milk
• 4 pound cheese
• 2 level teaspoonfuls horseradish
• Buttered toast

Method

   Grate or mash fine the cheese and melt with the hot milk or cream if preferred, spread thickly on buttered toast which has had a thin spreading of the horseradish, then sprinkle cheese with Grape-Nuts.

   Return to the oven to warm and serve hot.
