Cerealine Fritters with Apples. Put 1 pt. of milk on to heat in a double boiler; when hot, stir in y2 lb. cerealine; cook 5 minutes, add y2 teaspoonful salt, 3 tablespoonfuls sugar, grated rind of y2 lemon, and y teaspoonful mace. Pare, core and quarter 3 good-sized tart apples
