Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 2 cup butter (or any other shortening)
• 1 cup SU •;:;•
• 3 tbsp ground chocolate
• 2 eggs
• y2 cup flour
• 1 cup nuts
• p'nch salt

Method

   Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks and flour and salt.

   Mix well and fold in egg whites and chopped nuts.

   Bake in shallow pan for 20 minutes in slow oven.

   Cut in strips while hot.

   Roll in powdered sugar.
