Brawn. A Very Nice Breakfast Dish. — Take two sheep’s tongues, quarter pound of bullock’s tongue, half pound of bullock’s cheek, half pound of salted pork, half a cowheel. These may be all purchased cleaned and scalded. Put them in a saucepan with sufficient water to nearly cover the meat, and add a teaspoonful of pepper, enough salt to taste, a teaspoonful of all¬ spice, eight cloves, one clove of garlic minced small, and four or five shallots also cut up small
