Boiled Yeast Dumpling

Ingredients

• Make a light dough, or procure from the bakery-dough which is ready for the oven.

Method

   Flour the hands well and mold the dough into balls about the size of an egg.

   Drop them successively into boiling water.

3. 3

   Boil fifteen minutes.

   Remove them from the pot with perforated skimmer, to allow the water to drain.

5. 5

   Serve at once.

   Eat with hot sauce or sugar and butter.
