Boiled Cod 2 or 3 lbs. of cod. Salt and vinegar. Method, — Scale the fish, wash, dry, and rub well with salt. Put into a pan of boiling water, with i table-spoonful of salt to 2 quarts of water, and 2 table-spoonfuls of vinegar
