Bing Cherry Salad

Ingredients

• 1 package cherry jello
• 4 cup nuts
• 1 large can Bing cherries
• grated rind and juice 1 lemon
• salad greens

Method

   Drain the cherries and measure the juice.

   Add enough water to make 2 cups, bring to a boil and pour over the jello, stirring until melted.

   Let cool, add cherries, nuts, rind, and lemon juice.

   Pour into greased molds to set.

   Serve unmolded on shredded lettuce or watercress with mayonnaise.
