Beefsteak or Chops

Ingredients

• a small thick piece of good shape
• a baked potato

Method

   Broil the beefsteak carefully, turning every minute, for eight minutes for rare, twelve for well done.

   Serve on a hot plate, salting a little.

   For chops, trim neatly and cook in the same way.

   Serve with a baked potato, cut a slice from the top, take out the inside, season, add the chop, and return to the skin.
