Beef, Curried

Ingredients

• Fry three onions cut into slices
• add a sour apple
• a tablespoonful of curry-paste
• a tablespoonful of ground rice
• as much stock as is required

Method

   Fry onions, add stock and apple, and simmer until tender.

   Rub through a sieve, add curry-paste, ground rice, and stock to make a sauce.

   Stir until smooth, add dressed beef cut into slices, simmer gently, and serve with boiled rice.
