Baked Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

• 1 pound mushrooms
• salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 3, tablespoons catsup
• 2 small onions
• 14 cup sherry
• 7 sprigs parsley
• 3 or 4 strips bacon
• butter
• 14 cup cream

Method

   Clean mushrooms and remove stems.

   Soak caps in vinegar water for 10 minutes.

   Chop stems with onions and parsley, season, and sauté.

   Stuff caps, lay bacon across, cover with cream, and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
