Baked Salmon with Cheese

Ingredients

• the salmon
• oz. Butter
• the grated cheese
• seasoning
• raspings
• garnish of cucumber

Method

1. 1

   Butter a fireproof dish and lay the salmon on it.

   Butter a piece of paper to cover the fish entirely, and bake it in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes.

   Remove the paper, cover the salmon with grated cheese and seasoning, and put raspings on top.

   Return to the oven for five minutes or place under the grill.

   Serve with cucumber slices around the dish.
