Baked Macaroni

Ingredients

• % pound of macaroni
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 large tomato
• 1 pint of milk
• Small piece of cheese
• Butter the size of an egg

Method

   Boil macaroni in salted water for half an hour.

   Drain.

   Chop onion and tomato, grate carrot, add butter, and cook for 5-8 minutes.

   Mix with macaroni, turn into a buttered baking dish, add milk, cover with grated cheese, and bake for half an hour.
