Baked Eggs

Ingredients

• 1 cup cream
• 8 eggs
• Nutmeg or paprika
• Salt, pepper
• Cover bottom of a well greased baking dish with thin slices of cheese.

Method

1. 1

   Break eggs over cheese taking care not to break the yolk.

   Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg or paprika if desired.

   Pour cream over eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese.

   Set dish in oven and bake for 15 minutes at 325 F.

   Serve on dry toast.
