Baked Ear Corn

Ingredients

• full ears of corn
• two cords

Method

1. 1

   Draw husks back on ears of corn, rub off silk, wash if necessary.

   Pull husk back in place and tie with cords.

3. 3

   Lay in a baking pan or on the grate in a good oven, and bake for 40 minutes to an hour.

   Remove all husk except one or two thin leaves, and serve immediately.
