Apple-Puff Pudding

Ingredients

• half a pound of flour
• a pint of milk
• three eggs
• three-quarters of a pound of apples
• bits of butter over the top

Method

   Sprinkle salt into flour, stir in milk gradually until smooth, then add eggs.

   Butter a pie-dish, pour in the batter, add sliced apples, and bits of butter on top.

   Bake for three-quarters of an hour, sprinkle sugar over the top, and serve hot.

APPLE-PUFF PUDDING.
