thick as hasty-pudding, stirring it well all the
time. When first strained, put to it the white
sugar and flower water. Pour it into shallow
dishes, and serve to eat with milk or cream and
sugar.

1 qt. water, whites of 4 eggs, 2 spoonfuls rice
water, sugar to taste, 2 oz. sweet and 1 oz. bitter

it all over with almonds, blanched and cut length-
wise. Garnish with green leaves or flowers.
