Put the evaporated milk, water and cheese in a sauce pan, and cook over low heat until cheese melts and ~ also the 4 tsp. of butter. Remove from heat and mix in the bread crumbs, onion, pimento, tuna and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and fold in the 2 eggs beaten slightly and the mcaroni. Put into a well greased 13 qt. loaf pan. Bake 1 hour in moderately — slow over (350°) until firm. Loosen sides of loaf with knife, then let stand in pan 5 minutes before turning out to slice. Make 4 servings.
