ing. Bake thirty minutes in moderate oven (350° F.).
Asparagus
Peel asparagus and cut off tough ends. Boil over low flame
in salted water for twenty-five to thirty minutes. Drain and
serve with drawn butter or hollandaise sauce.
Swiss Chard
