3 eggs l/2 cup lemon juice
l/2 cup sugar 3 tablespoons sugar
1 can of milk
Beat egg yolks. Add 1/2 cup of sugar to lemon juice and
put in saucepan together with egg yolks. Cook until thick.

4 cups blueberries l/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons flour 1-1/2 tablespoons lemon
1 cup sugar juice
Plain pastry
Mix berries with sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice. Roll
out pastry and line pie pan. Pour in berry mixture and cover
with pastry. Bake 10 minutes in very hot oven, 450 degrees F.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. and bake 25 to 30 minutes
longer.

syrup, 1 cup pecans✪ Pecan Pie. Mix together thoroughly and cook in un-

1 cup sugar 1 stick butter
2 squares bitter chocolate 2 eggs
l/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon vanilla
l/8 teaspoon salt
