When nearly cool, put in a little barm spread on toasted bread; let it stand thirty-six hours, and then bottle. Soak the corks in warm water, and tie them down. It will be fit for use in three days. FROZEN MIEK PUNGE.- Freeze together one quart milk and one-half pound sugar.
